When day turns to night, colourful hues fade into blue, and hints of shimmer come out to play. The in-between; the childlike wonder of what tomorrow will bring: dimpsey, my favourite time of day.

Weaving stories and narratives through stills opened the door to working across film and social, from concept to creation. A call from director Ned Botwood, and the question, “Do you want to produce a music video in Devon?”, led to two days of late-night shooting in the sea.

A winter trip to the Isle of Skye rekindled my childlike wonder for life: the art of noticing, and finally, in my thirties, the art of standing still and taking things day by day.

Drawn to the sea, the forests, the rivers, and land shaped by heritage, I’ve landed here, weaving between photography and film, with my artistic nature finding its place in editorial lifestyle visuals.

Nestled between the mountains, the ocean, and stone dry walls, you’ll find Moll Cottage. A traditional Scottish home that has gently turned into a place to retreat to.

I am fond of its nooks, the grassy textures, and the shadows and light that dance together to create beautiful scenes.

From the window, the ocean. And through my binoculars: a seal, an otter, dolphins, an eagle - all in one sitting.

Home from home.

A morning ritual in lighting the fire, boiling the kettle on the stove, and quietly pouring a cup of coffee.
